Change Orders



In Part 1 of this event titled Defining The Change Order Process, the change order management process is clearly defined. Learn how to structure the project contract, the clear differences between a change order and an addendum, and the variations of change orders along with other essential basics to truly understand change management.

In Part 2 of this event titled Change Order Best Practices, you will learn best practices including processing, tracking and filing of change orders. In addition pricing and billing of change orders will be covered and you will learn how to weigh time against cost.

Part 3 of this event titled Coping With Changes During Construction, addresses how to cope with changes during construction. You will learn how to facilitate a change order meeting professionally and earn the buy-in from all the key players that need to agree with the change. After completion you will have the roadmap for success in managing the change order process.
