Dear Industry Friends,
This month, our newsletter authors are giving you a bit of history, segments from the heart, and even the right picks for nutrition at the BBQs. The first Independence Day celebration on the Fourth of July took place in 1777 by Congress adjourning early to celebrate with bonfires, bells and fireworks on the one-year anniversary of the first public readings of the Declaration of Independence. A custom was started and eventually spread to other towns of all sizes across our nation including celebrations with processions, oratory, picnics, contests, games, military displays, fireworks and more. Just think – all by word of mouth and no internet!
Kent and I, our contributors, and our team at Construction Connection have a quest to help make a difference in the lives of those in our industry across the nation and beyond. One job, one tip, one word of encouragement a day at a time. . .
Thank you for frequenting our site, reading our newsletter, forwarding to a friend and giving us positive feedback as we stay charged to continue our quest to Get Construction Working and Keep Construction Working with smarter people and stronger companies! We know that with your help we can make a difference in the lives of those in our industry across our nation.
Wishing you, your family and friends a safe and spectacular month of July!
Suzanne on Behalf of the Construction Connection Team!
